Terms and Conditions

Recommend to reservation bungalow in high season ( 16 Dec- May).
Due to limited room availability, please deposit 50% of room amount within 4 days upon receiving availability notice via e-mail from us. Before guest arrival date.
Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room for 2 persons.
Extra person charge (floor bed) Baht 200 bahts.
Free of charge for children age under 10 Years sharing bungalow with parent existing bed (Maximum 2 childs per bungalow).
If you call or e-mail to booking bungalow but didn’t make the deposit, we will assume that you have not booked accommodation. It’s queries only.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation and No show policy

Cancellation request must notify the resort by e-mail.
Cancellation 5 days before check-in date. (No charge)
Cancellation of less than 5 days before check in date will be subject to 1 night full rate charge.
Cancellation of less than 1 day before check in date. Your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you fail to show up before 5 p.m. on the day specified in the reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and your deposit will be non-refundable.
No Show and early departures will also be charged 100% cancellation fee on the full stay. The resort has the right to make the room available for other bookings.
In case of refund, we’ll deduct off 10 % from the deposit cost for tax and bank’s fee.

Change to the Reservation

Every request must notify the resort by e-mail. Change the reservation at least 3 days before check-in date.
Additional stay or room request is not guaranteed until you have received our confirmation via e-mail.
